What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I have not received it?Updated a year ago
If your order status is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your building mailroom, as packages are sometimes left there. If there's no sign of your package:
- Email us at [email protected] and let us know ASAP!
- We will contact the post office on your behalf to seek additional information.
- If the package cannot be located, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
In the interim, we may send you a care package with emergency items to cover your needs while the issue is being resolved. Please keep us informed about the situation, and we'll do everything we can to assist you.
